Andrew Duff

Andrew is a Director of a number of start up companies. He is Principal of Blue Limited and Sparkbox Imvestments Limited, two private investment company’s that provide investment funding and development resources to private companies in the start up and recovery phases.

Andrew is a Solicitor and Chartered Accountant with professional services consultancy and global investment banking experience and is currently a Director with Credit Suisse based in London. He contributes expertise in legal matters, deal structuring, angel financing and strategic planning to Sparkbox portfolio companies.

He is a member of a number of professional bodies including the Institute of Directors.

 

Tom Frei

Dr Matthias Tom Frei has 18 years entrepreneurial and senior management experience in ITC business. He founded several companies in Germany, including software and microelectronics design, and distributed American software products in several European countries. Many of these companies were very successful. Resident in New Zealand since 2005, Tom now works as a strategic business development consultant. He assists NZ companies expand their global business models and take their products and services to overseas European markets, in particular Germany.

 

Greg Sitters

Greg is an experienced IT executive with more than 25 years working in NZ, Australia, Asia and the US. He was involved in setting up Sun Microsystems and Silicon Graphics in NZ, and has worked for these companies in NZ and overseas in executive management and international forums.

He has founded three consulting companies primarily active in the IT sector across Australasia with clients including government departments and Top 10 listed companies.

Greg, based in Auckland, heads up the investment committee for Sparkbox and provides expertise in sales, marketing, operations management and company strategy to portfolio companies.
