Nick Willis

After completing his Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics at Cambridge University, Nick joined Deloitte Consulting as a Project Manager. During the following twelve years he worked extensively in the telecommunication industry with Vodafone Global, Vodafone New Zealand and Telecom NZ. In 2005 he left to work fulltime on the challenge of Bluetooth based mobile applications and started ECKey, (formerly Resonance Systems).

Ken Erickson

Ken has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing management in the consumer and security industries. One of his career highlights was being honored by a major trade association as one of the top 100 U.S. marketing executives for securing substantial market share for 2 corporations. In 1996, Ken started his own marketing and product development consulting firm, KRE Management Group, which specializes in the progression of companies and products in the U.S. market. KRE Management Group also supports activities in the U.S. for manufacturers in Canada, England and China.

Senior Software Engineer

Adrian Pike

Adrian has over 14 years embedded system design and development experience. He has designed software and systems to support leading edge UK Naval underwater research programmes and in 2005 he moved to New Zealand to work for Navman NZ on their advanced marine products research programme. Adrian specialises in creating elegant solutions to complex problems using the right balance of hardware and software, and he has programmed a wide range of systems from tiny 8bit micro controllers up to multi-processor DSP clusters.

Shaun Mason

Shaun is an electronics engineer with 8 years of industry experience. Specializing in the design of wireless data systems, he’s worked with various emerging hardware technologies using RF, optical, and microcontroller based principles. He has recently returned from the UK where he spent several years designing bespoke RFID and Bluetooth systems.
