D'Arcy Quinn (Chairman)

The chairman of the Board, D’Arcy Quinn, has extensive security industry experience. He was an executive director of Interlock Industries in the lead up to the ASSA ABLOY acquisition in 2001 and flowing the acquisition was appointed as VP Asia Pacific – Residential for ASSA ABLOY. From 2001 to 2005 D’Arcy was directly responsible for business units including Interlock NZ, Interlock USA, Lockwood Residential Australia, Exceed Window Maintenance and Armadillo Australia. D’Arcy also led the Residential Product Development team and was seconded to the ASSA ABLOY Residential 2010 strategic review team with an international focus.  

Andrew Duff

Andrew is a Director of a number of start up companies. He is Principal of Blue Limited and Sparkbox Imvestments Limited, two private investment company’s that provide investment funding and development resources to private companies in the start up and recovery phases.

Andrew is a Solicitor and Chartered Accountant with professional services consultancy and global investment banking experience and is currently a Director with Credit Suisse based in London. He contributes expertise in legal matters, deal structuring, angel financing and strategic planning to Sparkbox portfolio companies.

He is a member of a number of professional bodies including the Institute of Directors.
